Meet Our Board
MDN is governed by an independent Board of Directors who are passionate, mission-minded church leaders. The Board establishes policy, annually reviews the mission statement, financial statements, ministry accomplishments, and evaluates the Executive Director. They are also responsible to review and approve the annual budget and assign executive compensation. Board members do not receive compensation for board service.
